Solaigen Labs ("Solaigen," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals who visit solaigen.io (the "Platform"), participate in the $SGEN token presale, or interact with our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you should not access or use the Platform.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when interacting with the Platform, including but not limited to:
When you visit the Platform, certain technical information is collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies:
The Solana blockchain is a public, decentralized ledger. When you conduct a transaction involving $SGEN tokens, that transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is inherently public. This data includes your wallet address, transaction amount, timestamp, and transaction hash. Solaigen Labs does not control the Solana blockchain and cannot modify or delete any data recorded on it.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These service providers are given access to information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain its confidentiality and security.
We use analytics services, which may include tools such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar platforms, to understand how users engage with the Platform. These services may collect anonymized or aggregated data about your usage of the Platform.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) protect the rights, property, or safety of Solaigen Labs, our users, or the public; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical problems; or (d) respond to a valid legal process such as a subpoena, court order, or regulatory inquiry.
If Solaigen Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may share your information for purposes not described in this Privacy Policy with your explicit consent.
You acknowledge that the Solana blockchain is a transparent, public network. Transactions involving $SGEN tokens, including wallet addresses, transaction values, and timestamps, are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the blockchain. This data cannot be altered, hidden, or deleted by Solaigen Labs or any other party.
While wallet addresses are pseudonymous, it is possible that third parties could link a wallet address to an identifiable individual through analysis of on-chain data, publicly available information, or other means. Solaigen Labs is not responsible for any privacy implications arising from the inherent transparency of blockchain technology.
We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy characteristics of the Solana blockchain before engaging in any transactions.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, wallets, exchanges, or applications that are not operated by Solaigen Labs. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices over which we have no control.
Third-party services we may utilize or integrate with include, but are not limited to:
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing them with your information. Solaigen Labs is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Factors we consider when determining retention periods include:
When information is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Please note that data recorded on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data, and you acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.
You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. We may retain information where required by law, necessary for legitimate business purposes, or where the data exists on a public blockchain and cannot be deleted.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@solaigen.io. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Solaigen Labs operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
When we transfer personal information internationally, we take appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions outside your country of residence as described in this Privacy Policy.

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. At this time, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals, as no uniform standard for interpreting or responding to DNT signals has been adopted. We will continue to monitor developments related to DNT and may update our practices accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Platform.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
