1.3Blockchain Data

The Solana blockchain is a public, decentralized ledger. When you conduct a transaction involving $SGEN tokens, that transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is inherently public. This data includes your wallet address, transaction amount, timestamp, and transaction hash. Solaigen Labs does not control the Solana blockchain and cannot modify or delete any data recorded on it.

2.How We Use Your Information

4.Blockchain Data Disclosure

You acknowledge that the Solana blockchain is a transparent, public network. Transactions involving $SGEN tokens, including wallet addresses, transaction values, and timestamps, are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the blockchain. This data cannot be altered, hidden, or deleted by Solaigen Labs or any other party.

While wallet addresses are pseudonymous, it is possible that third parties could link a wallet address to an identifiable individual through analysis of on-chain data, publicly available information, or other means. Solaigen Labs is not responsible for any privacy implications arising from the inherent transparency of blockchain technology.

We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy characteristics of the Solana blockchain before engaging in any transactions.

5.Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, wallets, exchanges, or applications that are not operated by Solaigen Labs. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices over which we have no control.
